Aikido Shoshinkai
WELCOME
Aikido Shoshinkai Penang (ASP) chapter is established in 2016 led by David Khoo sensei as an extention to Aikido Shoshinkai Japan and it is affiliated to Aikikai Aikido Foundation. It is formed to spread the principles of Aikido in Penang, Malaysia.

Kunio Yoshimoto is our Shihan or Grand Master from Shiga Prefecture, Japan. He has visited Penang since 2010 and is well received by various aikido students seeking to learn more about Aikido. He is a direct student of the late Shoji Nishio sensei who is regarded as a Genius in Modern Aikido development.
​
At our dojo, we welcome friends from other dojos or from other affiliations to come and train together. After all, we are but one family in the Aikido world founded by O'Sensei Morihei Ueshiba.
