22-23 Oct 2016: Penang Aikido Seminar 2016
It is exciting, insightful, fun and befitting the theme "Harmony of Aikido". Everyone enjoyed their stay in Penang and in fact gained some weight from over eating.
All of the participants did a great job on or off the mats. In this message, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the following for performing their best in showcasing their Aikido passion during demonstration (embukai) on Sunday.
